BROKEN SPRINGS
$299.00 to $399.00 *Call for an exact quote as doors may vary from 2 springs to 4 spring systems. This price is out the door for one and two spring systems.
NEW OPERATOR INSTALLS
$699.00 3/4 HP, $799.00 1 HP *Belt drive, all motor installations come with 2 Wireless Transmitters.
WIRELESS TRANSMITTERS
$55.00 per transmitter *Includes programming
WIRELESS KEYPADS
$129.00 per keypad *Includes keypad, programming and installation
FULL SERVICE & DOOR BALANCING
$99.00 for standard 16 x 7 doors, add $29.00 for each additional door.
HUNG & CRASHED DOORS
$299.00 *generally for spun cables and doors off track. Pricing may vary lower or higher depending on each unique situation. *Danger level.
ROLLER REPLACEMENT
$199.00 Includes full service.
CABLE REPLACEMENT
$199.00 Includes full service.
Service Trip Charge is $49.00. All work listed includes full service and safety inspection; A $99.00 Value.
Trip Charge is waived with any parts installation.
All parts are a 1 Year Warranty with 90 Days on Labor.
